Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data on our website (cemsecim.com/elo-demo) and how our WordPress plugin, Endless Loop Orbit ("the plugin"), handles data on sites where it is installed. We designed the plugin to be privacy-first: no IP addresses, no cookies, no third-party tracking, and no sale of data.

1. Who we are

The data controller for this website and for purchases is Cem Seçim, Türkiye. Contact: cem@cemsecim.com. When the plugin runs on your own WordPress site, you are the data controller for your visitors.

2. Information we collect when you buy or contact us

• Purchases: Payments are processed by our reseller / Merchant of Record, Freemius, Inc. We receive your name, email, license key and country (for tax). We never see or store your full card details. See Freemius' own privacy policy for payment handling.
• Support: If you email us, we keep your message and email address to answer you and for our records.
• Website analytics: Only aggregate, privacy-respecting visit statistics (same plugin technology described below; no IP, no cookies).

3. What the plugin collects on your site

When Endless Loop Orbit is installed on your WordPress site, it records on-site analytics to power the recommendation feed and reports. By design:

• No IP addresses are collected or stored — ever.
• A random, anonymous identifier (uid) is stored in the visitor's browser localStorage (not a cookie) solely to count unique visitors. It is not linked to any name, email or account.
• It records page paths visited, navigation relationships (from → to), engaged time, and — where the browser provides it — the referring search engine and keyword.
• Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are always honored: such visitors are not tracked at all.
• Anonymous Mode can be enabled by the site owner, which disables the uid entirely (aggregate counts only).
• All data stays in your site's own database and is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

4. Google Search Console integration (Pro)

If you choose to connect Google Search Console, you authorize it through Google. The authorization tokens are stored on your own site and are used to fetch your search-performance data directly from Google. That data stays in your Google account and is shown in your dashboard; we never receive your tokens or your Search Console data.

5. Cookies & local storage

The plugin uses no cookies — only the browser's localStorage for the anonymous uid described above. This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and the checkout provider's cookies required to complete a purchase.

6. Data retention

• Free version: analytics records are automatically deleted after 14 days.
• Pro version: the retention period is configurable, up to unlimited (you choose).
• Site owners can delete all collected data with one click at any time from the plugin settings.
• Our purchase, license and tax records are kept only as long as required by accounting and tax law.

7. No sale of data; who we share with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with the processors needed to operate the service — principally Freemius (payments, licensing) — and only to the extent required. The plugin itself shares no visitor data with anyone.

8. Your rights

Where GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability of your personal data, and may object to processing. Our legal bases are contract (fulfilling your purchase and support) and legitimate interest (securing and improving our services). To exercise any right, email cem@cemsecim.com.

9. Children & international transfers

The service is not directed to children under 16. Where data is processed outside your country (e.g. by our processors), appropriate safeguards are applied.
