These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Endless Loop Orbit plugin ("Software") and this website. By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
Paid plans are annual subscriptions that renew automatically each year at the then-current price for your plan, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account; your license and Pro features keep working until the end of the paid period, with no further charge.
Prices are shown at checkout. The launch price is reserved for the first 100 customers; after that, standard pricing applies to new purchases. If you buy at the launch price, that rate is locked for your renewals as long as your subscription stays active.
Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Freemius, Inc., which also collects and remits applicable VAT / sales tax. Your invoice and billing are managed through your Freemius account.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. Request a refund within 14 days via cem@cemsecim.com or your Freemius account — no questions asked.
During an active license you receive plugin updates and new Pro features. After expiry the Software keeps working, but updates, Pro features and support stop until renewal.
You may not resell or redistribute premium builds as your own, circumvent licensing in violation of these Terms, or use the Software to break any law. You are responsible for complying with privacy laws for your own site's visitors (see our Privacy Policy).
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for backing up your site before installing or updating. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, data loss, or lost profits.
